Groom’s place

Patrizio's preparations took place in a nearby room, a much quicker affair, allowing him to oversee the final touches for the ceremony.

Before getting ready, he sat in the portico, surrounded by the curious and eager bridesmaids and other children, all wanting to offer their well wishes. Close to the ceremony location, a refreshment station was set up where guests, along with the groom, awaited the start of the proceedings.

On each chair, thoughtful favors awaited the guests, a common and appreciated gesture.

The area designated for the couple culminated in a sweeping semi-circle of flowers, gently separating it from the taller grass that led to a distant woodland. Patrizio walked in with his visibly emotional mother, followed shortly by Carlotta, radiant on her father's arm. The ceremony was deeply moving, punctuated by moments of genuine laughter as the couple exchanged heartfelt vows through tears and smiles.

Confetti Shower

Carlotta and Patrizio walked hand-in-hand down the grassy aisle after their wedding ceremony. Confetti showered them as they beamed at each other. Carlotta looked radiant in her long-sleeved, intricately detailed white wedding dress and veil, holding a bouquet of light pink and cream roses. Patrizio looked dapper in a dark three-piece suit with a bow tie. They were surrounded by guests, some of whom were still throwing confetti. The setting appeared to be an outdoor wedding, with a flower arch visible in the background and a cloudy sky overhead. The guests were dressed in a variety of attire, suggesting a relaxed yet celebratory atmosphere.

Following the joyous exchange of kisses, hugs, and well wishes, the aperitivo began. Behind the farmhouse, another garden unfolded, sheltered by the building itself and mature trees, hosting various food stations. A charming vintage van served alcoholic beverages, a pizza station offered freshly baked slices, and a skilled artisan sliced high-quality prosciutto on a classic slicer that seemed to have traveled through time – a testament to enduring quality. Guests mingled between the stations, their laughter and conversations creating a vibrant atmosphere. In these moments, we discreetly moved amongst them, trying to capture those fleeting smiles, glances, and gestures that speak volumes about connection and conviviality.

Suddenly, the waitstaff moved with purpose, signaling the guests towards the dining hall. The reason became clear as a few raindrops began to fall – the weather had turned! A cheerful rush ensued as everyone made their way indoors.

The Dinner Dreamy set up

The dinner hall was equally enchanting. Two long, parallel tables stretched across the room, culminating in the couple's table, which served as a beautiful focal point. Soft evening light filtered through the windows lining the walls.

The tables were adorned with stunning serpentine floral arrangements that cascaded onto the floor and an abundance of flickering candles. An adjacent room featured a U-shaped table, mirroring the room's architecture, also decorated with the same exquisite floral displays and countless candles. Above each table hung stylish pendant lights with warm, vintage-inspired bulbs, suspended from the exposed brick ceiling beams.

Guests took their seats, and Carlotta and Patrizio made a grand entrance, dancing between the long tables to reach their place of honor. Toasts, laughter, jokes, and lively songs from friends filled the air – no element of joyful celebration was missing from this wedding at Camp di Cent Pertigh.

Meanwhile, downstairs, under the arched portico, taking advantage of the rain having stopped, the favors table was being set up. It too was laden with candles, creating a truly magical ambiance befitting the location. On the courtyard lawn, the wedding cake was revealed, drawing guests to capture its beauty before the newlyweds arrived, dancing to the music. After the cake cutting, a photographer friend set up a small portrait station, and the music beckoned everyone back under the portico for dancing. Carlotta had changed into a sleek, long white evening gown.

A crucial aspect of our storytelling is conveying the atmosphere of the place and the moment. In this instance, we stepped back slightly from the portico to capture a wider view, and there we spotted a traditional Campanian cart offering classic lemon delights.
